Here is new work from my studio. The idea was to add a flavor and ingredient explosion to a plant based burger. This work was accepted for a magazine cover within 5 minutes of sending it to the publisher and editor!
Plant based burgers must be fried in a pan as opposed to being grilled over an open flame. They are much softer than a regular burger but if the pan is hot you still get a crispy browned texture on the outside. They can be topped with so many new plant ingredients including: vegan cheese, vegan bacon, heirloom tomatoes, jalapeno ketchup, pesto, kale, spring greens, onions, shaved carrots, and peppers.
#veggieburgers are so delicious and many of the new concepts coming into the market taste so real.
