My alma mater (1982 for my AOS degree and 2021 for my master’s degree), The Culinary Institute of America just turned 75. They asked me to shoot the festivities at Copia in Napa, CA. From concerts to bread classes to young CA wines to lunch, dinner, and dessert, they do food so well and it was a great day.

Here are the wines made by California winemakers and loved by young wine drinkers that were featured in our tasting. Some have soda caps and a little effervescence but all look so tasty and I want to try them – sharing the list visually:
